The subject has existed in the business for 10 years. Since 2017, it has become a member of the Lock&Lock group which LOCK&LOCK CO.,LTD (KRX: 115390)'s major shareholder was Consumer Strength Limited – 69.64% in June 2023 (see detail in commentary below). The Lock&Lock operates a global, local customized product portfolio and D2C-focused online. Based on sales channel strategies such as in-mall, the Lock&Lock group will continue to grow in the Southeast Asian market (including Vietnam). The group is carrying out production activities such as manufacturing and R&D for major products overseas (including in Vietnam and Vung Tau).Furthermore, the Lock&Lock group said that Lock&Lock Vung Tau lays the foundation for stable product supply and excellent quality, thereby expanding the business in the earnest. The Lock&Lock group places the highest priority on safety throughout the entire process, from R&D to production and distribution, and improves product perfection through rigorous quality testing, rigorous manufacturing process management and thourough product inspection. In addition, the Lock&Lock group is constantly developing coating technologies and materials that consumers can use with confidence such as hard anodizing method, ceramic coatings and stainless steel materials.The group has penetrated in the Vietnamese market since 2004 through distribution agents, LOCK & LOCK HN LTD (2009), LOCK & LOCK HCM (2010) and LOCK & LOCK LONG GIANG COMPANY LIMITED (2012). In Vietnam, L&L VINA, LOCK&LOCK LONG GIANG in charge of production and LOCK&LOCK HN, LOCK&LOCK HCM in charge of sales are operating.
