The subject engages in operating as an Investor in real estate industry. In 2019, it changed English name from Thao Dien Investment JSC to Masterise Group Corporation. Meanwhile, it established Masterise Homes – a subsidiary that manages and develop the residential real estate brands of Masterise Group in 2019. In 2020, it continues to form some other subsidiaries, including Masterise Retail, Masterise Center Trading (promotion and introduction), Masterise Hotel (short-stay service), Masterise World resources (short-stay service). Its partners consist of Associates Group (Japan), Atkins - Mace – Savills (UK), DWP (Thailand), Artelia (France), Aurecon (Australia), Coteccons – Delta (Vietnam) and Techcombank.Most of projects focus on apartment; however, we can see that it prones expand for hotel. On Jan 06, 2021, Masterise Homes, a subsidiary, and Marriott International Hotel Group have become strategic and exclusive partners in many projects. Some projects include One Central Saigon, Grand Marina Saigon, Lumiere riverside, Masteri Waterfront, Masteri Bason, Masteri Central Point. According to our findings, during the development stages of the Group, it is associated with credit lines from Techcombank, which Mr. Ho Hung Anh is a Chairman. There are close relationship between Masterise Group and Mr. Hung Anh. Although it was not officially confirmed, Key personnel in the Group are Mr. Hung Anh's confidants.
