After changing to a joint-stock company, the subject was controlled by a couple, Mr. Mai Xuan Thuc and Ms. Le Thanh Hoa. However, in recent years, their son, Mr. Mai Xuan Thong - the current chairman has taken over operational authority, as shared.The subject operates in the construction sector, mainly executing transportation and infrastructure works. As revealed, its construction works spread throughout the country and they are mainly State invested projects. Besides, it also invests in urban areas and infrastructure of industrial zones in Thanh Hoa Province; and provides motor vehicle registration service.According to Mr. Duc Anh - the chief accountant, besides being the investor of No. 3 Industrial Park Project - Nghi Son Economic Zone, the subject also co-operates with CUONG THINH THI GROUP to invest in Lam Son - Sao Vang Industrial Park. It also associates with many other contractors to obtain urban area projects in Thanh Hoa province, such as the project of CSEDP Road Residential Area, the New Urban Area project along Southern Song Ma Avenue, and the project of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Western Road Residential Area. He added that all projects have not completed yet.It is said that the subject has the favor of Thanh Hoa authority in bids. However, the representative of Thanh Hoa People's Committee said that there was no story that Thanh Hoa province favored MIEN TRUNG CONSTRUCTION GROUP and violated the bidding regulations.
