Central Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, also known as Central PID Joint Stock Company, is located in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The company was founded by Central Power Corporation, Song Da Corporation, and Bitexco Group Company Limited. The main business lines of the company include electricity production and trading, construction of various types of works, real estate business, motels with tourist business and offices for rent, installation of concrete and steel structures, production and sale of construction materials and equipment, mining and trading minerals, and guiding and training hydropower plant operators. The company's affiliated production unit is the Ea Krong Rou Hydropower Plant, which was established in 2008. The plant has a land area of 4,027,256.50 m2 and an installed capacity of 28 MW, generating an average annual electricity of 110.73 million kWh. The project received incentives according to various decrees. Currently, the Ea Krong Rou Hydropower Plant serves as the main production and business unit of the company.
