The subject engages in importing and distributing pharmaceutical products and material. According to our investigation, its partners include Pfizer, Zuellig Pharma, DKSH, AstraZeneca and so on. The mainly domestic markets are Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi City and Da Nang City.In 2018, it has penetrated in real estates through investment in two subsidiaries, PHYTO QUANG TRUNG JSC and PHYTO LAND COMPANY LIMITED. It plans to increase charter capital to VND 381.9 billion by issuing bonus shares for existing shareholders in the fourth quarter of 2021. Until now, it has not yet done this issuance. In 2021, it has planned to construct system of drug storage in Long Hau industrial park with a total estimated cost of more than 400 billion VND so as to expand market in Southern region. This project expects to be put into operation in Jun 2022.In addition, Mr. Nguyen Cong Chien has taken over the handover and has run it on behalf of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long in Jan 2022. He has 100% of interest of PHYTOPHARCO VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED which owns 52.53%. Meanwhile, he holds 5.19% shares of PHYTOPHARMA. In other hands, he is a key shareholder and key manager which have power on its key policies. This implies that it has much power in one person's hands.
