Being wholly invested by Changya Newmaterial Technology Co., Ltd, Ningbo Changya Plastic (Vietnam) Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing and trading an extensive range of selection of disposable tableware and food containers serving food and retail industries. Finished products are mainly exported to the USA. Currently, the company is operating the Ningbo Changya (Vietnam) plastic products factory at Lot 22.2A, Road D6; Lot 22.2B, Road C4; and Lot A22.1C Road D7, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province with a production scale of 20,000 tons/year of disposable plastic dining utensils; 18,000 tons/year of disposable PLA biodegradable plastic dining utensils; 5,000 tons/year of paper towels, facial toilet paper, disposable paper dining utensils from rolled paper or pre-cut paper; 15,000 tons/year of disposable dining utensils from a mixture of vegetable fibers and rolled paper; 12,750 tons/year of paper bags and 21,600 tons/year of paper straws. Recently, the company applied for an environmental license to invest in the project "Ningbo Changya (Vietnam) plastic products" at Lot B7.1, Road C3, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province. The project scale is divided into 02 phases. In phase 2, it does not change product types, only increases the capacity of products similar to phase 1. The company will carry out general construction and put into operation both phase 1 and phase 2. Once completed, the newly built factory will have a total capacity of 10,000 tons/year plastic tableware (cups, plates, trays, boxes, etc.); 20,000 tons/year of paper products (trays, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, cups, plates, boxes, tissues, paper bags); 80,000 tons/year of dining utensils (cups, plates, trays, boxes, etc.) from paper pulp, sugarcane bagasse and vegetable fiber.According to a source, since the beginning of 2023, the company exported about 400-500 containers of goods to the US market on average each month. Notably, compared to the first half of 2023, from June onwards, orders increased significantly. Currently, the company has export orders until February 2024.
