Founded in 2006, the subject is now a subsidiary of SAIGON BEER - ALCOHOL - BEVERAGE CORPORATION, which is a leader of beer manufacture in Vietnam. The company plays the role as a distributor of SABECO. Its operating markets are in 12 northwest provinces of Vietnam. It does not have import-export activities.Please be noted that its business in early 2020 was affected negatively after the decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP (has content of Penalties for driving with alcohol) had come into effect on 01 Jan 2020. After that, the outbreak of Covid-19 Pandemic continuously had negative effects on its operation, too.According to the subject's accounting department, it's sales per month from Mar to Jun of 2020 decreased by 30% to 40% compared to the same months last year. Anyway, its business has been recovered gradually. Thus, its revenue in August and September reached about 80% of volume in the same months last year.After 14 years of operation, the subject is ranked as a Large sized company. The subject also gained huge revenue and high profit after tax in recent years. However, above two disadvantages will reduce business result of subject in 2020.
