Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (PPI Corp.) is a specialized unit in infrastructure construction, transportation, and investment in real estate projects. It was established on April 23, 1994, under the Ministry of Transport. The company's head office is located in Ho Chi Minh City. PPI Corp. is licensed to engage in various business areas, including the construction of domestic and foreign traffic works, industrial and civil projects, irrigation and electricity projects, as well as dredging, leveling, and earthworks. The company also invests in the construction of traffic works through various forms such as BT, BOT, and PPP. Additionally, PPI Corp. is involved in real estate business and infrastructure construction for residential, industrial, and urban areas. It also imports and exports machinery, equipment, and goods. In 2005, the company transformed its organizational system into a joint stock company model and became known as Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company 135 - Cienco 1 - Ministry of Transport. In 2009, it changed its business name to Pacific Real Estate & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company. On December 4, 2010, the company's shares were listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange under the ticker code PPI. On July 31, 2014, the company increased its charter capital to VND 250 billion and changed its name to Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (PPI Corp.).
