Pilmico Group Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

The subject was established in 2014 in Thai Nguyen province. In 2019, PILMICO GROUP INTERNATIONAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY planned to buy a Feed Factory Project of the subject in Diem Thuy Commune, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province. However, the plan faced difficulties in legal procedures, thus, instead of buying the factory project directly, the above company's shareholders decided to buy the whole shares of the subject through the individuals. The subject has been renamed to PILMICO GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY after that. The transfer has been completed since Sep 2020. The subject began receiving transfers from the related company from February 2021 and from 2022, all activities and workforce have been transferred to the subject. The subject invested nearly VND 300 billion to build an animal feed factory in Trung Village, Diem Thuy Commune, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam. This factory has 2 production lines for manufacturing feed for cattle & poultry with a total capacity of 40,000 tons per month and one aquatic feed production line with a designed capacity of 10,000 tons monthly. This factory went into operation in October 2022. It is also investing in an additional livestock and poultry feed production line and an aquaculture feed production line. In general, the subject inherits all activities as well as the workforce of a company with many years of experience in the field of animal feed production. Its factory has been in operation since late last year. The subject is expected to develop further in the near future.
