PIV Joint Stock Company, located in Ha Noi, was established on January 29, 2008, under the business registration certificate No. 0103022270 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment. It was initially known as PetroVietnam Power Real Estate Asset Services Consulting Joint Stock Company and later renamed PIV Petroleum Investment and Appraisal Joint Stock Company. In 2011, the valuation consulting department of PIV Petroleum Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company was separated and became Shen Joint Stock Company PIV pricing. The valuation activities of PIV Petroleum Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company were transferred to PIV Valuation Joint Stock Company. On June 20, 2016, PIV Petroleum Investment and Appraisal Joint Stock Company was renamed PIV Joint Stock Company. In 2014, the company expanded its business activities to include service provision, trading, and manufacturing. Its main lines of business include supplying construction materials for BOT projects, import and export trade, medical equipment and vocational equipment, waterway dredging construction, and investment in road and bridge construction. The company has undergone comprehensive restructuring and has shown positive growth in revenue and net profit. It has also made investments in the Thai Ha Bridge BOT project to expand its business activities. The company aims to become a stable development enterprise in the market.
