The subject - PIZZA 4PS CORP is involved in operating pizza restaurant chain under the brand name of “PIZZA 4P'S”. Besides, it also produces / trades cheese as well as sells dairy products retail. Until now, it had eight types of cheeses while initially, it only intended to produce Mozzarella cheeses for restaurant.As of Apr 2020, the main business of subject - restaurants has more than 20 locations. In Apr 2020, the subject reported that total workforce was about 2,000 people. Due to the effects of the Covid -19 pandemic, the subject is having changes in personnel.With the commitment of "Farm to table", the subject brought safe and fresh food directly from Da Lat farmers (farm) to the customers (table) under strict management. There are also packages of canned products (such as ham or tomatoes) which are imported directly from Italy.For Italian dishes like pizza, an important ingredient is cheese. However, in the beginning, Pizza 4P's has to import fresh cheeses because Vietnam did not have this type of cheese. So in order to "provide fresh, delicious, low-cost cheese"; it has produced its own cheese.
