All products are exported to many countries around the world such as USA, Canada, EU, etc.On 25 November 2020, Pouyuen Vietnam and the subject entered into a supplemental tenancy agreement (the “Supplemental Tenancy Agreement”), for 2 years and 6 months commencing from 1 December 2020 to 31 May 2023 (both days inclusive) for a monthly rental of not more than US$11,094 per month (inclusive of management fees and exclusive of value-added tax).On 1 June 2021, Pouyuen Vietnam and the subject entered into a tenancy agreement (the “Tenancy Agreement”) for a term of 3 years from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2024 (both days inclusive). Pursuant to the Tenancy Agreement, the monthly rental should not be more than US$71,184 (equivalent to approximately HK$555,000) per month (inclusive of management fees and exclusive of value-added tax). For the year ended 31 March 2023, the actual amount paid or payable by the subject to Pouyuen Vietnam under the Master Services Agreement amounted to US$1,128,884 (equivalent to approximately HK$8,850,000).The subject is one member of Eagle Nice Group. Principal activity of this Group is the OEM ("Original Equipment Manufacturing", based on customer's design or custom-made products) of sportswear including down jacket, tracksuits, sweaters, sports pants and etc. Eagle Nice Group's customers are world-wide sportswear brands. The Group's production bases are located in China, Vietnam, Indonesia. In Vietnam, besides the subject, in 2022, this Group acquired a production base with approximate 30,000 square meter in Long An Province, Vietnam named Eagle Nice Vietnam Company Limited.
