Formerly, the subject was the petroleum exploitation service workshop of PTSC Production Services Joint Stock Company (PTSC), which officially came into operation in 2002. On 19 March 2007, the workshop was transformed into one member limited company. With the growing development, the subject officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company with the official name "PTSC Production Services Joint Stock Company".During 20 years of development in association with the growth of PTSC as well as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN), the subject provides services for petroleum production facilities offshore and onshore, construction projects & FPSO/FSO units, and petrochemical plants. Besides, it owns an O&M workshop with a warehouse and open yard to perform maintenance and repair services located in the PTSC Port and has also fully invested in equipment to perform the repairs and maintenance for the FPSO / FSO vessels and other services to onshore and offshore facilities.
