Cong Ty Co Phan Ky Nghe Khoang San Quang Nam, also known as MINCO, is a company located in Quang Nam, Vietnam. It was established on December 24, 2020, through the conversion of a State-owned enterprise called Central Vietnam Industrial Company. MINCO has a history of development, starting in 1984 when it was founded as the Industrial Sand and Export Enterprise of Quang Nam Da Nang. Over the years, it established various enterprises and joint ventures, such as the Gold Pulp Enterprise, the Quang Nam Da Nang Mineral Company, and the Bong Mieu Gold Joint Venture Company. It also established the Thang Binh Sand Enterprise, the Trang Thach Dai Loc Sand Enterprise, and the Phuoc Son Gold Joint Venture Company. In 2005, the company changed its name to Cong Ty Co Phan Ky Nghe Khoang San Quang Nam and established the Quang Nam Silica Processing Plant. It was listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange in 2007. MINCO also received a mining license in the Kaleum district of SêKong province, Laos, in collaboration with the SêKong Mineral Exploration and Exploitation Company.
