S.Power (Vietnam) Textile Limited (Vietnam)

The subject is one of the subsidiaries of S.POWER (HK) LIMITED. Although the subject was founded in 2016, its factory has just been completed in 2022. The subject's project is implemented at Lot A13, Road C1, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. All of the total area of the subject's leased land is 140,113.9 m2. The volume of the project's work items divides into two parts including factory phase 1 (44,355 m2) and phase 2+3 (95,758.9 m2). Textile factory -phase 1 with the goal of producing knitted and crocheted fabrics (in the production line with dyeing, without dyeing processing) with a scale of 11,000 tons/year (equivalent to 22,000,000 m² of fabric/year).The implementation progress of the plant is as follows: the trial production period was in July 2022 – January 2023 and the official production time was in Feb 2023. The accounting department refused to confirm the total employee of the subject. According to the Environmental Permit Proposal Report project of the subject, the demand for labor is about 550, including 500 employees and 50 Chinese experts.
