In 2007, the subject was separated and changed its legal type of business, which comprised the business form of one member limited liability company and its registered English Name of “Sai Gon - My Xuan Paper Company Limited”. In Jun 2015, this company and its parent firm were merged together. All transactions were transferred to the subject. On 18 May 2018, Sojitz Corporation completed its acquisition process.
