Established in 2001, the subject inherited facilities and operations of HAI AU COMPANY established in 1991 by Mr. Nguyen Van Them and some friends. Since Sep 2020, it has significantly raised charter capital to VND 355 billion to meet its business activities and investments in subsidiaries and associated firms. The subject imports heavy trucks, construction machines, and related spare parts from China for domestic market supply. The subject's clients are large corporations and groups including Song Da, Cienco, Licogi, Hoa Phat, Hoang Anh Gia Lai and Truong Thinh, etc. Besides the main field, the firm continues boosting investment activity in subsidiaries and associated companies, mainly operating in the same industry. It could be said that its operation was not affected by the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Non-consolidated net revenue was surprisingly scaled up to nearly VND 6,254 billion in 2021 from over VND 1,630 billion in 2020. However, the effects post-Covid-19 made the subject sales decline by over 11% in 2022. In 2023, the subject's operation continued to meet many difficulties due to the negative influences of economic depression, said the admin staff.
