INSEE Vietnam, formerly known as Holcim Vietnam, is a leading cement manufacturer operating in Vietnam since 1994. This subject company is a subsidiary of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC), which was established in 1969 and began cement production after finishing construction of its cement factory in 1972.
