Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

Formerly, the subject was known as Viet Nam Environment Mechanical Joint Stock Company. In 2019, the subject started the construction of High Technology Mechanical Factory in Bac Lieu Province. Since 2022, it has officially changed name to Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company. The subject specializes in processing precision mechanical, manufacturing and constructing pre-engineered steel buildings, manufacturing agriculture equipment. On Jun 2022, the subject implemented the plan to offer shares for the first time to the public. On 8 Nov 2022, the subject was granted a certificate of "registration of initial public offering" approved by the State Securities Commission. According to “Vietnam Securities Depository And Clearing Corporation”, on 24 Apr 2023, the subject registered for listing the stock name of "SBG" on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE). However, up to now, it is not listed and there is not any information about listing progress.
