Song Da 7.04 JSC (Vietnam)

Cong Ty Co Phan Song Da 7.04 is a joint stock company located in Son La, Vietnam. It was established through the merger of Song Da 7.04 Enterprise and Song Da 7.06 Enterprise under Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company – Song Da Corporation. The company's main goal is to produce electrical energy and provide water treatment services on the Gam River in Tuyen Quang province. Song Da 7.04 Enterprise was established in 2003 with the main business of producing commercial concrete, while Song Da 7.06 Enterprise was established to produce sand and crushed stone for the construction of the Tuyen Quang hydropower project. Both enterprises quickly proved their efficiency in production and supply of construction materials for the Tuyen Quang hydropower project. They were later assigned to produce construction materials for the Son La hydropower project, which is the largest hydropower project in Southeast Asia. In July 7, the Board of Directors of Song Da 2006 Joint Stock Company decided to merge Song Da 7.7 Enterprise and Song Da 04.7 Factory into one entity named "Song Da 06.7 Enterprise". This was part of the company's policy to improve production capacity and rearrange industries. To further enhance production and business efficiency, Song Da 7.04 Enterprise invested in additional equipment and motorcycles, including two crushing plants and one concrete batching plant. They also renovated and upgraded existing transmission lines to meet the demand for producing milled sand for the construction of rolling compacted concrete at the Son La hydropower project. On December 20, 2007, the Board of Directors of Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company issued a decision to establish Song Da 7.04 Joint Stock Company. The company conducted a General Meeting of Shareholders on December 21, 2007, with a total charter capital of 40,000,000,000 VND, which was later increased to 60,000,000,000 VND. Currently, the company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 5500296523 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Son La province. The company's charter capital has been raised to 60 billion VND.
