Stavian Pulp & Paper Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

Founded in 2013, the subject is principally engaged in trading and distributing types of pulp, paper, molded pulp, chemicals, and wood pellets. Its operation market is mostly in Vietnam, and it sometimes exports a small amount to Cambodia. Noticeably, it has won a bidding package to supply paper to VIET NAM EDUCATION PUBLISHING HOUSE LIMITED COMPANY (a whole subsidiary of Ministry of Education and Training) valued at nearly VND 175 billion since early this year. In an interview with a female accountant of the company, we are revealed that the main import market is Singapore now. By our survey, it is also supplying materials for the production factories of Stavian Group. After a depression in 2020, the subject has constantly obtained revenue growth in the next two years. Net sales reached VND 1.2 trillion in 2022. Besides its trading activity, the subject participates in the field of investment in subsidiaries. As of 31 Dec 2022, the investments in subsidiaries were VND 35,715 million, however, it had set up a provision of VND 13,111 million for those investments.
