In Dec 2020, RectorSeal, LLC, a leading manufacturer of quality HVAC/R tools and accessories, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSWI), announced its acquisition of T.A Industries Inc., to provide residential and commercial grilles, registers, and diffusers to its expanding product line designed for professional contractors. The acquisition also included T.A Vietnam Industries Inc which RectorSeal, LLC officially became a direct parent company in 2022. T.A Vietnam Industries Inc specializes in manufacturing air vents; spare parts and accessories for air vents in air conditioning system. Raw materials and machinery used for production are imported from many markets while 100% of products are exported to USA. After the deal, in 2021, T.A Vietnam Industries Inc changed fiscal year end from 31 December to 31 March annually.
