TAKAO GRANITE JOINT STOCK COMPANY was established in Feb 2020 in Phu Tho Province with a capital contribution of TAKAO VIET NAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY with a holding percentage of 60%. However, that entity shareholder has already transferred all of its shares after a short time. Currently, the subject is totally owned by Vietnamese individuals.The subject took nearly two years to prepare and complete the construction of the first phase of the project "Takao Granite Tile Factory" in Eight-Acre Hill, Thanh Uyen Commune, Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam. Starting the commercial operation since 2022, the subject is manufacturing Granite tiles to provide domestic clients and export to South Korea. It is noted that the subject's project has had a high investment capital of VND 1,400 billion, including three phases. To Dec 2022, it has finished construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 with a total production capacity of 10 million square meters of Granite tiles per year, and it plans to continue investing in Phase 3 (with an investment capital of VND 700 billion), increasing total production capacity of the firm to 20 million square meters per year. Phase 3 is expected to be completed in Dec 2024.Generally, the subject is expanding its project in parallel with the current production activity. Its scale is considerable.
