1979: changed its name to Tan Binh District House Construction Construction Team.
1982: changed its name to Tan Binh Construction and Repairing Enterprise on May 1, 1982.
1989: The People s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City signed the decision to convert the Enterprise into Tan Binh District Development and Trading Company on March 1, 1989.
2003: Tan Binh Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 5757/QD-UB dated 31st December, 2003 of the People s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, operating under the business registration certificate No. 0303240995 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, first registered on March 31, 2004.
