The predecessor of the subject was Tay Ninh Lottery Board which was established and officially put into operation on 26 Mar 1981 under Decision No. 92/QD-UB of People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province. On 09 Dec 1988, People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province issued Decision No. 58/QD-UB transforming Tay Ninh Lottery Board into Tay Ninh Lottery Company. On 17 Aug 1992, People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province issued Decision No. 59/QD-UB transforming the subject into State-owned enterprise, also known as Tay Ninh Lottery Company. In 2005, Tay Ninh Lottery Company was transformed into Tay Ninh Lottery One Member Limited Liability Company. Currently, Mr. NGUYEN THANH PHONG holds position as legal representative of the subject.
