The subject specializes in manufacturing and trading wood products such as formwork plywood, general plywood, furniture plywood, floor-based plywood, etc. In addition, the company also provides innovative solutions in construction and architectural design for domestic projects. Besides inland consumption, finished products are also exported to USA, EU and Asia countries.The subject's subsidiary - Tekcom Central Corporation was approved to invest in Tekcom Central's wood processing and manufacturing factory in Phuoc My Commune, Quy Nhon City. Accordingly, this project has a total investment capital of VND 980 billion and an area of 122,587 square meters. The production scale is 34,617 m3 of floor-based plywood/year, 84,203 m3 of furniture plywood/year and 28,068 m3 of construction plywood/year. This project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 and operated in the first quarter of 2026. The investment duration is 50 years.By the end of 2022, Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation completed the purchase of 19.2% of the subject's shares. This Corporation's Chairman - Mr. Mai Huu Tin said that the purchase of capital shares aims to own 49% of the factory project that is about to be built in the central region. Excelsior Oak Limited - a former direct foreign shareholder of the subject also bought additional shares of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation to raise the ownership ratio to 5.06% on 12 May 2023 and become a major shareholder of this corporation.
