Thaibinh Seed Group Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

The subject was established in 1972 as a State Owned Company. Since Sep 2004, the subject has been equitized to a Joint Stock Company, and currently, VIETNAM NATIONAL SEED GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY holds 19.49% of the charter capital in the subject company.The subject operates in the field of seedling propagation, caring, and trading annual plants. As shared by Mr. Sinh, a staff of the Import Department, the subject mainly imports hybrid rice seeds from China. Formerly, besides the domestic market, its products had been exported to Laos but it is now no longer. Moreover, the subject has expanded a new business line - the accommodation service business. In early 2022, the subject completed the construction of the hotel and office building at No. 36, Quang Trung Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam with 15 floors on a floor area of approx over 1,000 square meters in total land area of 2,000 square meters.
