HISTORY:
1991: The Company s predecessor was Thanh Le State-owned Lacquer Enterprise, established under Decision No. 06/QDUB dated February 25, 1991 of the People s Committee of Song Be Province (now Binh Duong Province). 1992: Song Be Provincial People s Committee decided to establish Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Company under Decision No. 89/QD-UB on October 21, 1992.
2010: The Company changed its name to Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation - One Member LLC under Decision No. 1611/QD-UBND of Binh Duong Provincial People s Committee on June 4, 2010.
On October 28, 2014, Binh Duong Provincial People s Committee issued Decision No. 2711/QD-UBND on equitization of Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation - One Member LLC
On February 18, 2016, Binh Duong Provincial People s Committee issued Decision No. 343/QD-UBND on adjusting the closing time to determine the value of the equitized enterprise of Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation - One Member LLC. Accordingly, the closing date to determine the value of the equitized enterprise of Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company is adjusted to December 31, 2015.
On August 9, 2017, the Prime Minister issued Decision 1165/QD-TTg dated August 9, 2017 approving the equitization plan of the parent company - Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company.
2018: The company changed its name to Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Joint Stock Company on January 1, 2018.
The company s shares were listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code TLP on December 8, 2017.
