The subject company started its history in 2001 as a limited liability company, which has officially changed to operate under form of a joint stock company since 2007. It focuses on importing, trading, and leasing heavy trucks and construction machines, and providing related spare parts. It is known as an official dealer in Vietnam of brand "HOWO - CNHTC" from China. It has been setting up an agent system in the North and Central. The company also participates in the construction field in the domestic market, mainly leveling, excavating, and transporting services for mining projects, and foundation construction activity. Last year, the subject's operation seems to have grown well. Net sales reached a peak at VND 961.7 billion, and net income was VND 3.5 billion particularly. This year, its shareholders have raised the charter capital to VND 226 billion from VND 160 billion in 2021 to meet the capital demand for business enlargement.
