Founded in 2009 in Kien Giang Province, the subject's target is to develop Vinh Dam Complex Project with a mixed tourism model, an industrial cluster and a general seaport. According to the subject's introduction, in 2011, the subject built a temporary port and started providing services of loading and unloading and leasing cargo yards. Vinh Dam port has been put into operation with 18 wharfs receiving ships with a capacity up to 1,500 DWT and 3,000 DWT. The subject also equips equipment with the loading and unloading capacity of 5,000 tons per day with a warehouse system of 10,000 m2 closed warehouse and more than 300,000 m2 yard.For the second sub-division of Vinh Dam Complex Project, the construction of the shophouse Selashine area and the restaurant area started in May 2021 and Dec 2021, respectively. According to the subject's staff, the restaurant area has been completed and put in use. We tried to update more information but its staff refused to provide furthermore.As reported data, the asset scale increased clearly in recent years. Besides the main source of liabilities, its owners also raised Owner's investment capital to expand the business. During the project implementation time, revenue fluctuates from year to year. Transactions should be monitored periodically.
