In 1993, it became the company of Construction Investment & Tourism Services (TIIC) with total assets of 8.2 billion VND. In 1996, it launched DIC Chi Linh City, the largest project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. In 2001, TIIC was changed to Development Investment & Construction Company (DIC). DIC has been continuously expanding its scale and promoting new projects since 2008, making its mark in the Vietnamese real estate market.
