Hanoi South Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, located in Ha Nam, was established on March 26, 2003, under the name Thanh My Co., Ltd. Initially, the company was involved in construction, stone mining and processing, and trading construction materials. Over time, it expanded its business lines to include real estate, hotel business, restaurant, food service, supermarket business, office leasing, production, processing of forest products, and import and export business. On November 2, 2007, Thanh My Co., Ltd. changed its name to Thanh My Joint Stock Company and increased its charter capital. Later, on January 1, 2010, the company officially changed its name to Hanoi South Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation. It marked a new phase in the corporation's development process. On February 8, 2012, the corporation held a general meeting of shareholders and decided to list its shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). Subsequently, on July 13, 2012, Hanoi South Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation was officially listed on the HNX with the stock code NHA. The corporation continued to increase its charter capital through additional share issuances and bonus shares. It also changed its business registration certificate and legal representative on multiple occasions. On January 21, 2021, Hanoi South Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation was listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HSX) with the stock code NHA. As of March 10, 2022, the corporation's total charter capital is VND 2021,421,745,200.
