History:
1995: Vinacomin - VietNam National Minerals Corporation was established under Decision No. 1118/QD/TCCBDT on October 27, 1995 by the Minister of Heavy Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) on a consolidated basis Vietnam Rare Minerals Corporation and Minerals Development Corporation.
2003: According to the decision of the Ministry of Industry on February 18, 2003, the Vietnam Gem and Gold Corporation merged into Vinacomin - VietNam National Minerals Corporation.
2005: According to the Decision No: 345/2005/QD-TTg on December 26, 2005 of the Prime Minister, the company renamed Vinacomin - Minerals Holding Corporation - and became a subsidiary of Coal Industry Group - minerals of Vietnam
2010: The Company operat as a One member Company Limited under the Decision No. 3169/QD-BCT of Ministry of Industry and Trade on June 15th, 2010
2015: The company operates as a Joint Stock Company on October 6, 2015
2016: The company shares were first listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol KSV on July 28, 2016
2022: The Company s shares were delisted from Upcom and relisted on Hanoi stock exchange.
