1973: The forerunner of the company is Thang Long Bridge Joint Stock Company which was established under Decision No. 2896 / QD-TC dated 1973-06-07 by the Minister of Transport.
1984: Thang Long Bridge Enterprise was renamed as Union of Thang Long Bridge Construction Enterprises.
1992: The company changed its name to Thang Long Bridge Construction Corporation.
1998: Thang Long Bridge Construction Corporation was renamed as Thang Long Construction Corporation.
2006: Ministry of Transport decided to establish the parent company - Thang Long Construction Corporation.
2010: Thang Long Construction Corporation was transformed into One Member Limited Liability Company.
2014: The Corporation officially moved to operate under the model of JSC with the name of Thang Long Joint Stock Corporation with initial chartered capital of 300 billion VND
2018: The company traded for the first time on the HNX with the reference price of VND13,000 / share on 18/01/2018, the stock code was TTL.
