SC was founded in 2012 as a foreign invested company. It is invested by TRANSON CO.,LTD in South Korea. Its goal is manufacturing, processing and assembling electronics components like transformer, line filter, resistance coil, …, which is performed at Luong Son Industrial Park, Hoa Son Commune, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province, Vietnam. It completed the first stage in 2013 and the second in 2018 with areas of 21,821 sqm. To expand its scale, the subject has leased more a workshop for the third stage from Dongah Elecomm Vietnam Company Limited in Luong Son IP, which is near two first projects, in 2022. However, currently, the third stage has not run into operation because it has not received an environmental permit. After the third stage run stably, total designed capacity of the subject will be pushed to 209 million transformers, 95 million inductors, 41 million resistance coils, 22 million PCBs, …Its business performance was rather good in two recent years but in this year – 2023, as shared by administrative department, under the difficulties of economics after pandemic and high inflation, the number of orders of the subject reduced by 40% as compared to the same period of the previous year. The subject has cut the number of employees from 2300 people in 2022 to 1600 people at present.
