Established in 1998 in Hai Duong Province, the subject specializes in the fields, including manufacturing and trading plastic packaging (including printed OPP film, FIBC bulk bags, cement bags, block bottom bags, BOPP packaging, PP woven bags); trading petroleum and providing restaurant services, and investment in real estate. According to the share of Mr. Nguyen Huu Lieu, the chief accountant, the subject plans to increase the charter capital to VND 100 billion the next time (approved by members of the board of directors) to invest in the workshop on a total land area of 13,000 square meters, nearby the first factory, Hong Ha Street (former: Ga Street), Phu Thai Town, Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong Province, Vietnam.Its operation in the first months of this year also faced some difficulties due to the post-covid economic downturn. Orders from the main business line (manufacturing and trading plastic packaging) decreased significantly. Therefore, the subject plans to add new product line, such as food packaging, and household plastic bags, which are mainly distributed in supermarkets thanks to making use of available machinery and equipment. From the current difficulties, the subject's business results for FY 2023 are only estimated as the same as 2022, Mr. Lieu said.
