The subject company was originally founded in  2016 in Dong Thap Province, Vietnam. However, it had not had any commercial operation until 2017 when it moved headquarters to Lot 06A, Truc Chinh Street, Tra Noc 1 Industrial Zone, Tra Noc Ward, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City, Vietnam. At that same time, it had deeply decreased the charter capital to VND 60 billion from VND 200 billion at the beginning.The subject gets involved in processing and exporting Pangasius products. It is known that its products have been being exported to China and Mexico ...; the company has been listed in the 15 largest Pangasius fillet exporter to Mexico market in the period from Jan to Aug 2020. However, export turnovers to this market has gone down in recent years, noticeably, the price of frozen Pangasius fillet in this market has largely fluctuated according to a report of Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers.For processing, it imports some additives from Thailand. The main input material (Pangasius fish) is collected from the local farms. As introduced, it has more than 60 hectares of farming area, including 10 hectares of its owned farm and over 50 hectares of farms combined with the local farmers. Generally, the subject is developing in the industry. Last year, it has increased charter capital to VND 75 billion that is expected to expand its scale remarkably.
