The subject company was originally established in 1995 by People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province. It has been handled to VIETNAM NATIONAL CEMENT CORPORATION (shortly VICEM) since 2001 and has officially operated under form of a one member limited liability company since 2011. The charter capital has remained stable at VND 750 billion up to now. It is said that it is going to be equitized by progresses of VICEM.Founded in 1995, it was not until 2nd quarter 2005 that the Tam Diep Cement Factory started operation because of several reasons. Its main activity is to manufacture and supply clinker and cement. It focuses on cement products PCB30, PCB40, PC40, XM Type I, Type II. Since 2019, Tam Diem Cement brand has been merged into "Bim Son Cement"; products of the subject are consumed in the market with brand "Bim Son Cement" accordingly.It is noticeable that the subject still suffered accumulated losses up to VND 1,086 billion as at 30 Jun 2020. It seriously depended on external resources, especially interest bearing debts; the current debts were many times higher than the current assets. Operation capacity will depend on profitability of the company in the coming time.
