Founded in 2012 in Ninh Binh Province, the subject is engaged in quarrying stone and manufacturing lime and products related to dolomite as well as trading cement. According to Ms. Lo Thi Diep - chief accountant, lime and products related to dolomite brings about 80% revenue to the subject. The subject has three factories which are located in Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province; Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh Province and Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. About 70% of products are exported to Asia, Europe and Africa. According to Media Mass, the subject exported about 140,000 tons of lime and about 666,400 tons of cement each year.As reported data, net sales recovered to stand at VND 669.3 billion in 2021 after being decreasing in the two previous years. GPM was acceptable. However, due to high expenses, the subject recorded humble amount of profit each year. Liabilities were the main funding resource of the subject. Liabilities by Total Assets was 67.57% at year-end 2021. Please be noted that owner's investment capital at year-end 2021 were VND 597 billion; lower than its charter capital. Ms. Lo Thi Diep said that the subject's charter capital was contributed fully. Capital structure might be improved.
