Its products are steel towers, steel profiles, steel fabrication, PU panels, water tanks, telecommunication and transmission tower, etc, which are used in many industries such as electricity, construction, traffic, transportation… The subject provides products for both domestic and foreign partners.According to the Press, the subject issued individual bonds with code VVCCH2122001 on 03 Aug 2021, worth VND 150 billion with a term of 12 months, interest rate of 11%/year, maturity on 03 Aug 2022. The purpose of the bond issuance is to increase the working capital of the company. According to the announcement, this bond lot was sold to 33 professional individual investors. However, although it was overdue, many investors still had not received the principal payment of the above bond lot. We contacted the subject to get more information but nobody answered. We suggest that its transactions should be monitored strictly.
