According to the group's website, it is member of Oftenrich Group whose predecessor company was Min Tai Leather Products Company Limited in Taiwan in 1953. This implies that the group has 70 years' experience in this industry. Especially, Mr. Johnson Ho - the group leader has over 49 years' experience as a lead in planning of overall operation policies and strategy for the group. The group's three major fields include business, development and technical field (see “new” below).The group has penetrated Vietnamese market since 2008 through establishment of Vientnam Xin Chang Shoes Company Limited. The group expanded by acquiring Vietnam Chao Teng Enterprise Co., Ltd in 2014 and setting up it in 2017.Oftenrich Holdings Company Limited's shareholders are Pou Chen Corporation (“Pou Chen”, TWSE: 9904) – 45%, Yue Yuen Industrial (Holdings) Limited (SEHK: 00551) – 45%. Pouchen held 51.11% ownership of Yue Yuen as of May 31, 2023. In other words, Pou Chen indirectly has 68% of Oftenrich's interest. Pou Chen's major shareholders were PC Holdings Limited – 7.24%, Chuan Mou Investments Co., Limited – 5.55%, Red Magnet Developments Limited – 4.6% as of April 17, 2023. It implies that it indirectly belongs to Oftenrich and Pou Chen group's supply chain. Nonetheless, we do not find Oftenrich Holdings Company Limited's ownership in its parent company.
