Started operation in 2015 as a member of VINGROUP, after many changes, WINECO LLC now becomes a member of MASAN GROUP - one of the famous large corporations in Vietnam that specializes in investment management through subsidiaries operating in main businesses including branded consumer products, high-tech materials, meat value chain and consumer retail.The subject operates in the agricultural field, focusing on growing vegetables and fruit crops. After eight years of operation, the company has 14 farms with total area of over 3,000 ha situated in the Northern region, the Southern region, the Central Highland and Lam Dong. More than 150 products of the subject are sold 134 WinMart supermarkets and 3,500 WinMart+ stores in the whole country. It is said that the subject supplies 80% volume of vegetables and fruits at Winmart and Winmart+.Product certification, fruit and vegetables as compliant with the standard of VietGap, GlobalGap and Organic is now much in demand among the major Vietnamese retail chains which aim to offer consumers high quality, safe products with documented traceability. However, the costs to do that are very large, thus the subject still traded at loss from its establishment to 2022. As a result, its investor continuously injects capital to sponsor its projects. In Apr 2023, the company just increased its charter capital from VND 5.54 trillion to VND 7.67 trillion.
