Nevertheless, since 2020, there has a change in shareholder from FOVOLINE GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD to XINADDA (SINGAPORE) PTE.LTD. Afterwards, the subject changes its name into XINADDA METAL and also its main business activity. At present, the subject is member company in XINADDA GROUP. The company gets involved in manufacturing structural metal products like full motion TV wall mount, tilting wall mount, low profile wall mount... Materials for production are imported from China. 100% finished products are exported to USA for consumption.In our investigation, we contact to Ms. MY ANH (HR Department) and she provides some basic information about the subject and its related company - XINADDA (VIET NAM) PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED. In Jun 2021, the subject's factory was isolated due to detecting positive case of Covid-19. At present, the subject is normally operating with 800 employees.Based on obtainable financial data, the subject did not record any net sales over the period of 2017 – 2021. We try to ask Ms. My Anh for support but she rejects to provide contact number of Accounting Department. We search external information source on websites but this has not returned any results about change in shareholders, merger & acquisition, operation performance of XINADDA GROUP in Vietnam… Nevertheless, we assume that the subject could be still in construction progress in 2021 but it is not confirmed by the subject.
