XUAN THIEN GROUP is a group of companies operating in the fields of construction, production and renewable energy of which Xuan Thien Ninh Binh Company Limited plays a role as a leader. The subject company is engaged in construction and investment in civil and industrial works such as buildings, power projects, cement factories and deep water ports, etc. Besides the domestic market, the company has invested in the hydropower - cement factory complex in Cameroon - Africa since 2014. Since 2019, it has established a variety of subsidiaries to develop renewable energy projects, particularly solar power projects in Dak Lak and Ninh Thuan Provinces (Xuan Thien Ea Sup solar power project complex), and wind power project in Binh Thuan Province. However, in Jun 2022, Xuan Thien Group sold two solar power projects with a total capacity of 200MW in Thuan Bac district (Ninh Thuan) to EDP Renováveis, S.A. (EDPR). The deal has a total value of 284 million USD.In addition, the subject has also participated into raise pigs and manufacturing breeding stocks by investing in a project in Thanh Hoa province; and has Xuan Thien Ninh Binh organic goat milk project, Agro-forestry project belonging to Xuan Thien Ea Sup solar power project cluster and Xuan Thien CuM'gar hi-tech agriculture project. Remarkably, in 2022, Xuan Thien Group started the green steel project complex in Nam Dinh province with a total investment of VND 98,900 billion.In general, Xuan Thien Group is a popular name in the market. It is directed by Mr. Nguyen Van Thien - a famous and experienced businessman in Ninh Binh Province.
