Serbian meat processing company Carnex from Vrbas was founded in 1969. The firm offers a wide assortment of meat products, including dry meat products, cooked sausages, smoked products, sterilized canned meals, pasteurized meat. Carnex runs a closed production process, it operates more than 4,500 ha of arable land, silos with capacity of 75,000 tonnes, animal feed production facility, farms for breeding pigs with capacity of some 100,000 pigs and meat processing facilities with annual production of more than 15,000 tonnes.
