Joint-stock company Dokic-NTK Knjazevac was created by privatization of the Social Company Nova trgovina , which was purchased by public auction with the Privatization Agency in 2003.
For the purpose of harmonization with the Companies Act in 2012, at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company 30.06.2012.g. a new Contract on the organization of the AD and the Statute of the public bicameral Joint Stock Company were adopted, and then the corresponding changes were made in the Register of Business Entities.
The main activity of the Company is wholesale and retail trade (code 4719 - other retail trade in non-specialized stores), as well as all other activities for which it meets the prescribed requirements.
The Company s headquarters are in Knjazevac, Cara Dusana No.1. The Company s registration number is 07255292 and PIB 100407295.
The shares of the Company have been listed on Belgrade Stock Exchange under the symbol DJKC since 12 March, 2007
