Ujedinjene Srpske Pivare EUC D.O.O. Novi Sad, established in 2007, runs a factory in Novi Sad for the production of beer with the annual capacity of 900 hectoliters. The company is a joint venture of Heineken and Turkish Efes Breweries and has a market share of 14.5% in Serbia. It is defined as the third largest brewery in Serbia. It produces beer of the brands Heineken, Efes, Amstel and the local Pils Plus or Zajecarsko Pivo.
The company exports 10% of its production to Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Croatia and Slovenia. It reported 10% growth in the beer production in 2010, comparing to 2009. The total beer production in 2010 amounted 480,000 hectoliters.
