Insa A.D. Beograd was incorporated in 1960. The company is engaged in the manufacture of clocks and watch mechanisms, water meters and other measuring equipment.
In September 2006 Serbia's Privatisation Agency sold a 70% stake in Insa to a local consortium. In 2007 the new owner invested more than EUR 600,000 in the company.
In 2009 and 2010 Insa A.D. Beograd operated on 5,000 square meters office and production space. The remaining 13,000 square meters the company owns were offered for rent.
