Mlekara Sabac (Sabac Dairy) produces pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, yogurt, sour cream, chocolate milk, cheese, cream cheese, butter, powdered milk, ice cream, soft drinks Dairy Mlekara Sabac have daily capacity to process 100,000 liters milk, stable raw milk base, modern equipment and market in whole Serbia & Montenegro.
The Serbian privatisation agency sold 70% in the Sabac dairy to Miroslav Bogicevic, a local entrepreneur, for a total of YUD 510mn (EUR 7.5mn). Bogicevic has also engaged to cover YUD 102.2mn (EUR 1.5mn) outstanding debt of the dairy. He announced plans to maintain full employment in the company.
