Synergy Leo Burnett, the Serbian affiliate of international advertising agency Leo Burnett, was set up in Belgrade in 2000.
In February 2008 Leo Burnett acquired a 51% stake in its Serbian branch. The rest of the company capital remained in the ownership of agency founder Misa Lukic.
When established, Synergy Leo Burnett had seven full-time employees and three clients. Growing by annual 60% in 2005 and 2006, the agency now has 120 full-time employees looking after over 40 multinational, regional and local brands.
